If the virus is found on any of your disks you can use the DOS Install

==========================================================================
There are some disk viruses which have been recently infecting bootable
disks. When a machine is booted with an infected disk, the virus
installs itself in memory and wedges itself into some vectors. When
the infected machine is rebooted, the virus writes itself to the boot
disk. The virus is written to the boot blocks and is fairly harmless
to normal Workbench type boot disks. But it can be "fatal" to disks
with specialized boot blocks (such as some commercial games, etc).
TO PROTECT OTHERS:
Do not distribute any bootable disks, without first making sure that
the masters are free of infection.
TO PROTECT YOURSELF:
If you are not sure a machine is clean, turn off the machine for
30 seconds before booting on it.
Write-protect your disks before booting with them, especially if you are
booting on someone else's machine
TO DETECT THE VIRUS:
Use VCheck1.2 described above.
TO GET RID OF THE VIRUS:
If your boot disk is infected, and it has no specialized boot code, use
the CLI Install command on it to remove the infection.
Write protect the disk.
Turn off your machine for 20 seconds
Now boot with the clean boot disk.
Use VCheck to make sure memory is clean, and to check your
other boot disks. Use the CLI Install command to remove the
virus from any normal boot disk which is infected.
